About the role

Our client, Totem, is seeking a driven BDR & Customer Success Associate who is hungry to grow their sales career in the exciting intersection of technology and venture capital. This position offers comprehensive exposure to the entire customer lifecycle. The candidate will have the opportunity to engage with prospects, close deals, ensure customer success, and play a key role in company growth.

What You’ll Do

* Conduct compelling product demos for warm leads
* Set up and manage new customer accounts for handoff to account executives
* Guide new customers through seamless onboarding experiences
* Build relationships with fund managers and investment professionals
* Leverage AI tools to optimize sales and customer success processes
* Take initiative on process improvements and growth opportunities
