Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our small office team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. You will oversee various aspects, including organising our engineers' diaries making sure geographical areas are adhered to, double checking that all daily tasks are completed, jobs closed down and all spreadsheets are up to date. You will be the main point of contact between the office and engineers ensuring all messages are passed on and all customers are left happy at the end of every day.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role or as an Office Manager.
* Experience with zero would be advantagous
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams and supervise staff effectively.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Booking, arranging and organising appointments.
* Proven history of dealing with the public
* Saturday work required to cover holidays

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
