Lettings Consultant - Bath
An exciting opportunity for an experienced or new to industry Lettings Consultant to join one of Bath's best Estate Agents. This role involves working closely with the Lettings Manager and the wider team to ensure an excellent service for both landlords and tenants.
Job Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords.
* Arranging and conducting property viewings for portential tenants, providing feedback to the landlord.
* Processing tenant referencing and negotiating lets.
* Managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring both tenant and landlord are receiving an excellent service.
* Handle work orders, including booking quotes, contractors, and suppliers.
* Coordinate pre-move-in works and the check-in processes, sending follow-up emails.
* Arrange inspections and check-outs, advising on post-inspection works.
* Assist with deposit negotiations and confirmations.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Demonstrated track record in lettings and/or property management (not essential)
* Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable professionalism, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Confident team player and communicator.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and care, while being resilient and robust.
Job Details:
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
* Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
