You will support the delivery of multi-disciplinary programmes, providing exceptional service by developing, implementing, and evaluating educational activities.

Job responsibilities
Care with Agility
You will participate in policy development, clinical audits, reviews, and research, encouraging staff participation and responding to learning needs from incidents.
You will maintain current knowledge in palliative and end-of-life care, support education and training programs, and ensure learners understand their responsibilities in patient care reporting.
You will assist in gathering evidence and data to measure education effectiveness, process applications for external training, and manage relationships with external providers.
Supportive Culture
You will help develop and deliver education programs, act as a clinical role model, facilitate competence assessments, and deliver classroom-based training.
You will support compliance reporting and work with external organizations for outreach and student placements, representing Thames Hospice at meetings and forums.
Qualities and Qualifications
To succeed, you should be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to patient-centered care. You must be a registered nurse with the NMC, educated to degree level or equivalent, with relevant end-of-life care qualifications or experience.
Additional requirements include advanced communication skills training, Practice Supervisor and Assessor training, experience supporting learners, and designing educational programs.
