Overview
Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Community Support Worker for our dynamic mental health team in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This part‑time role offers a flexible schedule with a rate of up to £12.40 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Engage with service users in their homes or other settings to provide practical and emotional support.
* Assist with daily tasks such as completing housing benefit forms, visiting the supermarket, setting up bank accounts, and managing utility payments.
* Follow individual support plans and promote independent living.
* Build trusting therapeutic relationships, offering motivation and active listening.
Qualifications
* Experience in the care and support sector preferred; enthusiasm for mental health care valued.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Proactive, responsible, and supportive attitude.
* Driving licence beneficial; personal care not required.
