Our client, a high-profile organisation, urgently requires an experienced Business Analyst to undertake a contract starting immediately.
In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:
* Strong Business Analyst background, ideally Agile certification
* Extensive experience within Policing
* Experience in process improvement for reporting crime statistics
* NPPV3 and SC Clearance is essential
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a discovery phase exploring current processes, datasets, and tools used for reporting violence crime figures across police forces
* Summarising the current situation, pain points, and conducting a gap analysis
* Reviewing processes for violence harm risk assessments for Habitual Knife Carriers across different forces
* Reviewing alternative approaches to reporting figures
* Demonstrating how technology can automate assessments to reduce police resource burden by developing and trialling a tool
