Job Overview

At Dura-ID Solutions, we don't just create labels and tags — we create confidence, clarity, and connection across industries from healthcare to horticulture, food to construction, and beyond. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who's ready to bring fresh ideas, creativity, and energy into our marketing team.

This is a role where you'll help shape our digital presence, tell our story, and make a real impact on how customers see and engage with us.

Responsibilities

* Owning our LinkedIn presence by creating engaging posts, keeping our content calendar on track, and reporting on performance across both corporate and sector pages.
* Analysing campaigns, tweaking what's not working, and pushing what is to keep us moving forward.
* Working side-by-side with our Marketing Manager to make sure campaigns always connect back to our business goals.
* Designing, building, and reporting on HubSpot email campaigns that land with impact.
* Bringing creativity to life, from eye-catching marketing literature to quick edits in Adobe for photos and videos.
* Supporting our Events Executive with trade show promotion across the UK and Europe.
* Equipping our sales team with engaging slide decks and collateral that help them tell our story.
* Briefing our digital agency to ensure blog content aligns with our tone, audience, and strategy.
* Managing website content to ensure our online presence remains fresh, accurate, and engaging.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's just as comfortable getting creative as they are digging into data. You'll be hands-on with HubSpot, confident managing content in WordPress, and happy rolling up your sleeves with Adobe when a quick design tweak is needed.

You'll thrive in this role if you're:

* Experienced with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (around 2 years).
* A natural communicator with a sharp eye for detail, grammar, and tone of voice.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Confident using WordPress to keep websites fresh and engaging.
* Comfortable making quick edits in Adobe Creative Suite for photos, graphics, or video.
* Analytical, with the ability to interpret campaign results and spot what's working (and what isn't).
* Highly organised, able to juggle deadlines and keep projects moving.
* Proactive and curious, always looking for fresh ideas to improve our digital presence.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently.

It's a bonus if you've got experience with SEO best practices or paid media campaigns, but it's not essential — we're more interested in your drive to learn and grow with us.
