An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner in the friendly Critical Care Outreach team at the WHH Hospital; they will be responsible for overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after the deteriorating/critically ill patients.
Responsibilities
 * overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after the deteriorating/critically ill patients
 * providing professional leadership, advice and guidance for nursing practice within the hospital and acting as a resource for all nursing staff
 * contributing to ensuring that nurses within the hospital are developed to maximise their contribution to the achievement of the Trust’s service goals and uphold and model the Trust values
