Your new role
As a Senior Accountant based in the firm\'s Bristol offices, you will be involved in the preparation and evaluation of statutory annual accounts for both limited companies and limited liability partnerships, as well as accompanying tax computations. There will be opportunities to work on SRA Accounts Rules reports, law firm accounts, and maybe statutory audits (only for people with prior audit expertise, with the role adaptable to those with 100% accounts/tax backgrounds). You will advance within this expanding team and sector of the company, with good opportunities for career advancement for career-minded professionals.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You could be a part-qualified, final-qualified, or newly/recently qualified ACA/ACCA. You will have spent the last three years or more working in an accounting firm of any size, creating year-end accounts, tax returns, and other services. While interacting with solicitors/legal profession sector clients would be desirable, experts with expertise dealing with clients from a larger industry sector, outside of the legal profession, are also of interest. You\'ll be looking for a job that allows you to advance and expand your career after graduation, with greater responsibilities, client contact, and technological advancement.
