Brook Street Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Transport Administrator to join their team in Randalstown.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in a similar transport/logistics role to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage driver hours, working time directive, and infringements
2. Maintain CPC training records and oversee driver inductions
3. Report and log incidents, accidents, and driver H&S training
4. Liaise with insurance providers for driver and vehicle cover
5. Oversee fleet compliance including vehicle leasing, maintenance, and disposal
6. Manage fuel cards, vehicle tracking systems, and operator licensing
7. Ensure all waste management and permit documentation is accurate
8. Coordinate textile bank logistics and maintain driver documentation
Criteria
9. Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role is essential
10. Strong communication and IT skills
11. Able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
12. High attention to detail and organisational ability
