🎯 Responsibilities
* Deliver project-focused building surveying instructions (60-70% project work)
* Manage contract administration and refurbishment schemes
* Undertake technical due diligence and professional instructions
* Advise on dilapidations, party walls and maintenance strategies
* Maintain client relationships and oversee multiple instructions
✅ Requirements
* MRICS qualified
* RICS accredited degree
* Experience at Associate level or equivalent responsibility
* Strong commercial sector background
