Parts Sales Manager required for a well-established Motor Trade Parts Business, located in Bradford.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £32,000 per annum. Target/KPI bonus providing uncapped on-target earnings around £38,000 per annum.

* Prior Sales Team Management in a B2B capacity
* Extensive IT literacy knowledge, including MS Office
* Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
* Motivating and developing the Parts/Telesales Team
* Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities
* Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts/Telesales Department
* Ensuring the Parts Sales team maintain proper and accurate use of all business systems
* Recruit for Parts Sales Team Members
* Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development
