Location: Peterlee Shopping Centre Ltd, Limited, Peterlee SR8 1AS
Hours: 8 hours a week with opportunity to work more hours
Salary: £9.50 - £12.50 Per Hour

In our E Store Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved. Your role at Superdrug as one of our E Store Sales Advisers will be all about customer service, you’ll be picking the e-orders that come through from our online customers and packing them to be sent directly to their doors. You’ll also be delivering excellent service to our customers in store. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and actively be involved in achieving the store targets.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service in-store and online.
* Pick and pack e-orders for online customers and prepare for delivery.
* Keep the store well stocked and maintain high presentation standards.
* Contribute to achieving store targets and support the team as needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Passionate about retail and customer service
* Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided) (Optional)
* Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
