Job Description
Supporting our community through comprehensive primary care delivery across multiple channels:
* Diverse Consultation Formats: face‑to‑face surgeries, e‑consultations, triage, telephone consultations, and home visits.
* Autonomous Decision‑Making: lead clinical assessments for undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
* Preventive Care Leadership: conduct disease risk screening and early intervention.
* Care Coordination: develop personalised treatment plans and manage referrals.
* Patient Education: provide counselling and health education that empowers patients.
* Quality Assurance: maintain meticulous clinical records and participate in audit processes.
* Digital Integration: utilise Systm1 for enhanced patient care and data management.
* Prescribing Excellence: follow evidence‑based formularies while ensuring patient safety.
* QoF & LCS Compliance: contribute to the Quality and Outcomes Framework and Locally Commissioned Services achievements.
* Multidisciplinary Teamwork: collaborate with PCN, system colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
* Clinical Supervision: mentor junior doctors, F1/F2/ST trainees and student placements.

Person Specification
Essential qualifications and experience:
* Fully qualified and registered General Practitioner.
* Proven experience in general practice settings.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to high‑quality patient care.
* Strong team collaboration abilities.
* MRCGP.
Desirable advantages:

* Familiarity with the BANES area.
