We are looking for a Structural Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland, you will ideally be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayrshire, or Dundee areas. As the Structural Area Sales Manager, you will build on business relationships through customer communications, to maximise favourable exposure of the company and its services, and drive sales of all brands within Kingspan Insulation's product range. You will be accountable for developing relationships with sub-contractors, distribution and builders merchants and working closely with other team members to manage projects and opportunities through the supply chain. Responsibilities of our Structural Area Sales Manager - Scotland Responsible for the identification of all customers/potential customers, markets and product applications within area of ownership. Initiate, develop and manage sales activities within the geographical area to support business objectives. Accountable for maximising conversion to order as a result of proactive response to project management, customer contact, enquiries, tenders and requests to quote. with respect to project specifications, pricing, distribution, and delivery. Responsible for providing to customers professional technical advice and support, services, site visit and training to develop augmented product and improve market share. Accountable for the formulation of area sales strategy, annual business plans Defend specifications. Undertake CPD presentations at contractors and distributors. What we are looking for in our Structural Area Sales Manager - Scotland You will have: Proven Sales and Account Development experience. Hold a full UK driving license.
