If you’re passionate about Lean, Six Sigma, and driving real operational change, this is a role where you can make a visible impact. What you’ll be doing: * Deliver Lean Six Sigma training across the business * Coach and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement culture * Lead cross-functional improvement projects (waste reduction, efficiency, quality) * Define and maintain Lean manufacturing standards * Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving * Track and report on KPIs (productivity, cost, quality) * Represent continuous improvement initiatives at group level What we’re looking for: * Engineering degree (or equivalent) * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt * Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to work independently and drive initiatives * Solid IT skills (MS Office) * Experience with risk mitigation and project delivery We encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement but bring ...
