Job Description
3. Deliver group financial accounting and reporting, including the consolidation of 4-6 legal entities.
4. Support the implementation and use of a consolidation tool, ensuring accurate and efficient group reporting processes.
5. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in line with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
6. Own statutory, quarterly, and annual group reporting processes.
7. Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, supporting audit delivery and responding to technical queries.
8. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal group accounting policies.
9. Support improvements to group reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
10. Work closely with entity‑level finance teams to ensure accurate and timely input into group reporting.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Consolidations - Project Accountant should have:
11. Strong background in financial accounting and group reporting, with hands‑on consolidations experience.
12. Experience working with multiple legal entities in a group structure.
13. Good understanding of statutory reporting and audit processes.
14. Comfortable working on both quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
15. Experience implementing or working with consolidation tools is highly desirable.
16. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data across entities.
17. Confident communicator, able to work effectively with auditors and senior finance stakeholders.
