About This Role
The People Communications and Employer Brand team focuses on internal communications, employer brand, and events.
As part of the team, you will create and execute internal communication strategies that promote our culture, values, and EVP, engaging employees across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement IC strategies with ExCo and other senior leaders to improve engagement locally and globally.
* Plan and roll out local campaigns and content to bring our vision and values to life.
* Manage local communication channels (intranet, global all‑hands, digital signage, etc.) to ensure timely, relevant messaging.
* Act as a trusted partner to local senior leaders, ensuring IC needs are met and objectives achieved.
* Create content and materials (news, presentations, videos) for global/local channels.
* Provide insights and communication coaching to leaders, advising on message delivery and strategic direction.
* Manage local budgets, partnering with business units to maximize value.

* Proven experience in internal communications within a fast‑paced, international business.
* Ability to lead complex projects across multiple audiences on tight deadlines and budgets.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and creative thinking for engaging online/offline initiatives.
* Tech‑savvy, open to experimenting with new channels and engagement approaches.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence people at all levels.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication, plus project‑management and decision‑making acumen.
* Self‑starter, team player capable of working independently or collaboratively.
