About you You are a dedicated education specialist Level 3 or above, who has worked as a Senior EYE, Deputy or Nursery Manager and is now looking for a new challenge within Learning and Development. In this pivotal role, you will support early years educators, enhancing their skills and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality education so your passion for education and the importance the role of educators play in our sector will be put to good use, as will your natural openness and warm, positive outlook. What you'll be doing As a Regional Nursery Coach for Storal's the North East region, you’ll ensure a culture of excellence, high standards and continuous improvement across the nurseries you support. Your detailed knowledge of child development and different pedagogical approaches will help you to provide coaching and mentorship to nursery staff across your region, assisting in the development and implementation of educational programmes that align with EYFS standards. You will; Collaborate with nursery managers to assess and enhance educational outcomes Support curriculum development and innovation in teaching practices Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build staff capacity and drive educational excellence.
