Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Director for the HaSi (Home & Commercial Security) Division is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution across key channels including DIY/retail, merchants, locksmiths and project/specification business. The role is focused on growing these segments, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth, while ensuring marketing activities are aligned to support sales and brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the HaSi sales team to deliver growth across all key channels: DIY/Retail, Etail, Distribution, Merchants, Industry & Safety, Locksmiths and project/specification
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with business goals and market opportunities
* Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts
* Drive new business development, with a focus on unlocking growth in underdeveloped or emerging segments
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer service, operations, and marketing align with sales activity
* Build and execute a sales plan to deliver projects through specification, tendering, and contractor engagement
* Monitor performance and provide regular updates to the MD & SLT, including sales reporting and market insights
* Oversee the marketing strategy for the HaSi Division, ensuring it aligns with commercial goals and strengthens brand presence
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and retail engagement initiatives

Key Requirements
* Experience in a senior sales leadership role, within home security, hardware, and trade/DIY sectors
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities
* Understanding of specification selling and project-based sales processes
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and how to support sales through effective campaigns
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals
