The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame’s Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub. What You’ll Do Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Take responsibility for your section, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish. Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance at all times.
