Job Description: Store Manager at JD Sports

As a Store Manager, you will focus on driving sales, maximizing store profitability, and providing industry-leading customer service. Your role includes managing the store team, exceeding KPIs, maintaining company standards, and representing JD Sports professionally.
Customer Service Responsibilities
* Provide first-class service to maintain customer retention.
* Handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
* Drive service excellence and understand customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Utilize Oracle reports and store dashboards to inform sales strategies.
* Manage in-store devices and visual merchandising to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Training & Development
* Develop team members and promote internal progression.
* Conduct regular training sessions to uphold high standards.
* Track internal development and complete relevant assessments.
* Utilize the Trainee Management Academy for management development.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge
* Retail management experience (advantageous).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
