The Role: As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily operations, uphold exceptional standards, and ensure the smooth running of service. Youll be a key figure within the brigadesetting the tone, coaching junior chefs, and maintaining consistency across every dish.

What Were Looking For: Strong background as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end or Michelin-recommended restaurants
Deep understanding of Spanish cuisine, or a passion to grow within it
Confidence leading a section and managing the team
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards
A passion for open-fire or live-flame cooking is a plus
Must have the right to work in the UK
