Overview
Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract. Rowe Veterinary Group is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to work at our Bradley Stoke hospital on a 12 month Fixed term contract, covering all aspects of our shift patterns which include consultation, inpatients and operating at our busy 24/7 hospital in Bristol.

Our team has a big focus on coaching and development and has vets with further training in this area. We encourage personal development, including funding certificates where desired. We encourage a collaborative working culture where we can share ideas and support each other. Several of our vets have certificates in medicine and surgery, whilst others are currently working towards them. We enjoy supporting our new graduates and have EMS students on a regular basis enabling us to give back to the veterinary community.
Facilities and Team
Our tier 3 RCVS-accredited hospital provides facilities including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, endoscopy and more. You will join a well-established team of over 30 other Veterinary Surgeons across the group, a strong, experienced nursing team, and a supportive admin team. Our practices are fully equipped with theatres, digital X-ray and ultrasound, in-house laboratories, and a 24/7 hospital in Bristol.
Work Pattern and Location
Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours aims to support work-life balance. Your usual working hours will be three days from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM and one short day from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, in a 4-day week with a flexible day off. We are happy to discuss a rota to suit you and welcome part-time applicants. The role is based at Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range up to £65,000 DOE FTE. In addition, you will benefit from the following:
