* Take ownership of your own caseload of smaller matters, managing them independently and confidently.
* Collaborate closely with senior solicitors on complex, high-value cases, gaining exposure to strategic litigation and advanced advocacy.
* Develop deep technical expertise across Civil, Commercial, and Property Litigation.
* Play an active role in delivering exceptional client service, building lasting relationships and strengthening the firm's reputation.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, developing your leadership and management skills.
* Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment where excellence is the standard.
You will be trusted with real responsibility, encouraged to grow your client network, and supported through continuous professional development. This role offers the autonomy to demonstrate your capability, alongside the mentorship needed to expand it. You are:
* NQ to 5 PQE Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
* Experienced in Civil and Commercial Litigation, with Property Litigation exposure.
* Technically strong, commercially aware, and highly organised.
* Confident drafting pleadings and court applications.
* Comfortable advising clients clearly and professionally.
* A proactive team player with leadership potential.
* Keen to build strong client relationships and develop new business through networking.
* IT proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Case Management systems).
