The Role
As Regional Manager, you’ll lead our established team in Birmingham, overseeing the delivery of our therapeutic fostering service across the West Midlands. Your responsibilities include:
* Manage and inspire a talented team
* Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance
* Drive innovation and creativity in service delivery
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders
About You
* Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE
* Proven management experience in fostering or a related field
* Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding
* Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
* Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Charms is a bonus
