Retail supervisor

The Role:

We are looking to appoint a genuine and committedRetail Supervisor to be based in our Cardiff Store who will be required to engage with customers and other team members to provide exceptional customer service through their enthusiasm and knowledge.

You should have previous experience in a retail customer facing position in order to be able to drive sales and provide high quality customer service by identifying our customer's needs and giving accurate advice for their requirements.

* Using your experience in retail to deliver excellent customer service, providing product knowledge and inspiring customers
* Building relationships with both trade and DIY customers
* Working as part of a team to maintain showroom stock levels and store appearance
* Resolving customer queries following Company procedures in a professional manner
* Generating new trade leads through telesales
* Manual lifting when required
