Due to continued expansion, we are looking for am Implementation Process Co-ordinator.
Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the successful candidate will work with the Commercial & Implementation Team to manage the customer order requirements and initial phase of the customer lifecycle for new contracts.
Your new role
Key responsibilities will include;
* Assisting the Implementation Team in managing new installations and customer handover from our sales team to our customer service delivery team;
* Co-ordinating with the New Business Account Manager to ensure installs are delivered to meet customer expectations;
* Processing customer orders in line with contracted requirements to ensure install milestones are achieved;
* Supporting the Implementation Manager with the Implementation tracker, ensuring the information is accurate, up to date and published in a timely manner for the workwear team;
* Liaising with suppliers and Central Stores Team to ensure targets are achieved, products are compliant and that quality standards are met;
* Providing reports/analysing information as required by the business
Up to £24,544 per annum depending upon experience
Shift Pattern or Hours of Work:
The role is for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What do I need to apply for the role?
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience within a customer services role, both face to face and over the phone. You will need to have solid office admin experience where you have been required to follow set procedures. You will also need to be IT literate, have good attention to detail and possess good communication skills in English – both spoken and written.
You will have the ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision, and will have the confidence to know where to direct unresolved issues.
You will also have the eligibility to work in the UK.
