As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and advising on all health and safety matters relating to our directly employed colleagues and our extensive supply chain. With a strong focus on contractor management, you’ll monitor and assess performance to ensure it meets Cloud’s standards. Working collaboratively with our Client Services team in a business partner model, you will support clients by providing practical, expert advice that aligns with their operational needs and Cloud’s safety expectations. What you'll be doing day to day Follow up and investigate accidents, incidents, and points of concern. Provide H&S advice and guidance to colleagues across the business. Administer and maintain the HSEQ Management Systems to support certification to ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001. Review and maintain H&S training, including modules delivered via Cloud’s LMS. Deliver H&S training modules to internal teams and supply chain partners where required. Ensure all stakeholders have the appropriate training and/or qualifications to carry out their roles safely. Identify improvements and efficiencies to enhance health & safety practices across Cloud, client sites, and supply chain partners. Work collaboratively within our Client Services business partner model to support clients with expert safety advice and practical solutions. What you'll bring to the table Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a health & safety role, with proven experience advising different business areas. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum. Experience developing and implementing health & safety initiatives beyond day-to-day compliance.
