The Role:

The firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor / Partner to join its Company Commercial team and play a key role in its continued expansion.

This is a strategic hire focused on growth, with responsibility for developing client relationships, driving new business, and helping to build out the department over time. You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, including multiple Legal 500-ranked practitioners and Heads of Department, within a high-performing Corporate team.

The Candidate & Benefits:

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner with:

• Strong experience in private company M&A and corporate advisory work
• Exposure to a complementary practice area (e.g. commercial, IP, banking, VC/PE)
• Experience advising entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international clients
• Ability to handle transactions in the £5M–£10M+ range
• Proven business development ability and referrer network
• Experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and lead a team
• Confidence working autonomously in a modern, hybrid environment
• International exposure or language skills would be advantageous.
