* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership
* Report to the Operations Director
* Drive performance across all departments to meet manufacturer and business targets
* Maximise dealership profitability while achieving customer service and retention objectives

* Thorough knowledge of all areas of a franchised motor retail operation with proven managerial experience
* Excellent leadership skills
* Effective communication at all levels
* Business and financial acumen
* Planning and organisational skills
* Flexible and adaptable approach
* Full UK driving licence
