Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Business Support team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and compliance functions.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support the Business Support Manager and wider team by handling a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office efficient, professional, and well-organised. From managing calls and post to supporting audits and training compliance, your work will help the broader business operate seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Office Administration: Handle incoming calls, manage post and deliveries, oversee meeting room bookings, hospitality, and general office upkeep.
* Travel & Events Support: Assist with taxi bookings, travel arrangements, and company event coordination.
* Team Support: Provide cover for the Business Support Manager and other assistants during busy periods or absences.
* Inbox & Document Management: Manage multiple business email inboxes, general admin tasks, and support Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) submissions.
* Accreditation & Audit Prep: Maintain accreditation records, manage renewals, and liaise with external bodies for audit preparation.
* HSE & Training Compliance: Administer HSE documentation, submit monthly reports, manage training records, and ensure onboarding and compliance documentation is up to date.
What We're Looking For
* Someone with proven administrative experience, ideally in compliance, HSE, or accreditation.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A hard-working individual who is loyal to themselves, the team and company to succeed in this role.
