Job Title: Events Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, from corporate functions and conferences to promotional and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring they align with brand goals and objectives.
2. Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including venues, caterers, entertainment, and logistics providers.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers.
5. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
6. Develop event marketing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team for promotion.
7. Monitor event performance and gather feedback to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and insurance regulations.
9. Maintain and update event documentation and reports.
Requirements:
10. Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a similar role.
11. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Budget management and negotiation skills.
14. Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
16. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
