Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for flexible work in Staffordshire? Smile Education is currently recruiting supply teachers to work across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools.
Your Role Will Involve:
* Teaching pre-planned lessons left by the class teacher – no planning required
* Managing classroom behaviour confidently and positively
* Delivering engaging learning experiences that align with the school’s ethos and curriculum
* Adapting quickly to different school environments, year groups, and routines
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom where every child can succeed
* Building strong professional relationships with pupils and staff
* Following each school’s individual policies and safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Strong classroom presence and the ability to build rapport with students
* Recent teaching experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (within the last 2 years ideally)
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Flexible and proactive approach to work
* ECTs are welcome to apply – we can help you gain valuable experience across different settings
