Overview

Role Description: We’re looking for driven Sales Executives to join our growing wholesale team. You’ll play a key role in managing and expanding accounts across the UK and wider Europe, as Rocket Fibre continues to expand at pace.


Responsibilities

* Building and managing client relationships across ISPs, enterprises, and infrastructure providers.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the UK and Europe.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
* Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
* Ensuring a first-class customer experience from prospect to long-term partner.

This is a hybrid role: you’ll be based in Corby, with the flexibility to work from home most of the time once sales targets are consistently met.


Qualifications & Skills

* Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within telecoms or connectivity.
* Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.
* Knowledge of connectivity, SD-WAN, and telecommunications solutions (desirable but not essential if you’re a quick learner).
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, but experience and results matter most).
