Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish & English)

Location: Remote but within commutable distance of London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary, approx. 4-6 week contract
Pay Rate: £15 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts

* Final interview via MS Teams with the hiring manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking confident and bilingual (Spanish & English) Outbound Information Advisors to join a fast-paced team on a temporary basis. This role involves making outbound calls to clients who have recently received written updates regarding changes within the business. Advisors will ensure clients have received and understood the communication, providing clarity and support where needed.

This is a highly scripted role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable spending the majority of their day on the phone and can deliver consistent, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to clients in both Spanish and English, following a provided script.
* Confirm receipt of recent company communications and ensure clients understand the updates.
* Provide clear and concise information regarding business changes.
* Record call outcomes accurately and maintain detailed notes in the system.
* Escalate any client concerns or queries to the appropriate internal teams.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
* Collaborate with team members and attend virtual meetings as required.
* Be available for occasional office presence if based near London.

Key Competencies & Requirements:
* Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Able to reasonably commute to London when required
* Excellent communication skills - clear, confident, and professional.
* Confidence in handling high volumes of outbound calls.
* Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
* Comfortable working remotely and independently.
* Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or outbound calling roles is desirable.
* Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup.
