We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Manager to work at Llyods Banking Group.
Location : Lloyds Banking Group Head office – Birmingham City Central Location, B3 3SD
Working Pattern : 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)
We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launch at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds office building.
Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table and daily office hospitality menus.
Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
