* First-year potential total compensation: $45,000 - $72,000 (including commissions, based on experience and sales ability)

What We’re Looking For in You:
* Comfort with cold calls, both over the phone and in-person
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate policies and procedures clearly
* Alignment with our values of inclusivity and effective communication across diverse backgrounds

* Effective time management and self-organization skills
* Willingness to dive into the outdoor advertising industry and promote its benefits
* Professional communication skills, both verbal and written

Education and Experience:
* Current and valid Driver’s License required
* College Degree preferred
* Previous outdoor advertising sales experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* CRM experience preferred

A Day in the Life:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will:
* Meet and exceed sales targets while monitoring personal sales data and reports
* Target businesses in your assigned area, visiting both established Lamar clients and competitors
* Exhibit knowledge of local and national competition
* Cluster accounts for efficient management
* Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts
* Utilize Lamar tools to locate prospects, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals
* Develop your presentation skills through regular client interactions
* Participate actively in sales meetings, regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows
* Perform administrative duties, including maintaining organized records of clients and sales activity
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
* Work environment includes both office and field settings for sales calls and servicing accounts
* Physical demands involve light lifting, visual acuity, and mobility
* Nights away from home for travel are less than 10%
