We’re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us Canons Ashby. If you’re brilliant at organisation and creating order, and you love working with people, upholding high standards in service and presentation, then this could be the role for you. What it's like to work here You'll be part of a small team of staff and dedicated volunteers all working together to provide a great experiences for our visitors. This means that everyone is ready to support where they ca to make the place a success. There's a great team spirit here and lots of passion for the property. You'll play an integral part of ensuring the smooth running of the office and operation. Fromm ordering supplies managing the group bookings, to doing the banking there's lots to be involved in. What you'll be doing This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same. You'll support all departments, be it events admin support or purchasing and you'll be responsible for the banking too. Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team. You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something. You will be required to work some weekends, bank holidays and one weekday as duty manager.
