We also support students undertaking their <b>Postgraduate Certificate in Mammography</b> and offer <b>Mammography Apprenticeships</b>.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As a <b>QA Lead Mammographer</b>, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of imaging quality across our static unit at the Jarvis Breast Centre and five mobile screening units, covering 19 locations across Surrey and North East Hampshire. You will:</p><ul><li>Lead on <b>quality assurance (QA) protocols and processes</b> to ensure high imaging standards</li><li>Perform high-quality <b>mammograms for breast cancer screening</b></li><li>Support assessment clinics, including <b>stereotactic biopsies</b></li><li>Conduct <b>quality control (QC) checks</b> on mammography equipment, including stereotactic units and ultrasound machines</li><li>Assist in training and developing <b>Assistant Practitioners and Trainee Mammographers</b></li></ul><h3>What Youll Need</h3><ul><li><b>BSc in Radiography</b> or equivalent</li><li><b>HCPC registration</b></li><li><b>Certificate of Competence in Mammography</b></li><li><b>Postgraduate qualification in Mammography (desirable)</b></li></ul><h3>Whats in it for you</h3><p>We offer a fantastic benefits package through our mobile-enabled rewards platform, <b>InJoy</b>.
