Position As an integral part of our the Legal and Compliance team, you will be tasked with providing expert legal guidance and support in a fast-paced SaaS focused business. This position demands a strong background in commercial contracts, and contract drafting and negotiation. Experience of SaaS contracts would be a bonus. You will be a proactive problem solver and strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a strong ethical foundation. In this dynamic and diverse role, you will work closely with various departments, including sales, finance, human resources, and executive leadership, providing legal insights that drive informed business decisions and safeguard our organisational interests. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at juggling competing high priority legal issues with a high degree of professionalism. Whether you are drafting and negotiating contracts, or advising on intellectual property matters, your contributions will be critical to our ongoing success and sustainability.
