What you’ll do: Lead and support multiple catering teams across a group of school sites. Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and compliance (health, safety, food safety, and allergen legislation). Build and maintain strong client relationships at each site. Drive financial performance — managing budgets, labour, and stock. Support site managers with recruitment, training, performance, and development. Deliver consistently strong Safeguard audit results and uphold Sodexo’s compliance standards. Identify growth opportunities and promote Sodexo initiatives to increase uptake. Cover sites where required and support new contract mobilisations.
