What will your responsibilities be?
* Lead kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
* Supervise food preparation and cooking
* Check plating and food temperature
* Follow technical sheets for recipes
* Prepare staff work schedules and shifts
* Control food waste
* Place orders for food supplies and kitchen equipment when needed
* Train kitchen staff on preparation tasks and plating techniques
* Store food following safety practices (e.g., in refrigerators)
* Review weekly and monthly cost reports with the restaurant manager
* Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen area
What are we looking for?
* 3 to 5 years of experience
* Level 2 food handling certification
* Dough/Bread making experience is essential
