Hours : 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday, 9:30am – 5:30pm) Start Date: ASAP for at least 3 months We're looking for a confident and reliable individual to join a lovely team on a temporary basis to support customer service operations within a dynamic fashion business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service across various channels (email, live chat, etc.). You’ll be helping to manage day-to-day customer queries, returns, order updates and general support. Responsibilities will include: Previous experience in a customer service role Clear, professional communication skills Able to work independently and efficiently Experience with Gorgias is a huge bonus (but not essential) Passion or interest in the fashion industry is a plus What We’re Looking For: Friendly and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills 3 days per week: Monday to Wednesday, 9:30am to 5:30pm Immediate start preferred If you're proactive, friendly, and have a knack for great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
