Job Description
3. Data Entry & sense checking of work uploaded
4. Process payroll data accurately and on time for all employees.
5. Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
6. Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies.
7. Prepare and distribute payslips and related documentation as required.
8. Assist in responding to payroll-related queries from staff and management.
9. Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll information at all times.
10. Support audits by providing relevant payroll documentation.
11. Identify and implement process improvements within payroll operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Admin should have:
12. Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
13. A strong understanding of payroll systems and relevant software.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
16. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
