Simple Recruitment is seeking a Concrete Operative for a temp-to-perm opportunity with our client located on the outskirts of Radstock.


Responsibilities:

1. Filling moulds with wet and semi-dry concrete
2. Stripping, cleaning, oiling, and reassembling moulds for reuse
3. Setting moulds with fixings and reinforcements as specified
4. Operating mixers
5. Etching and blinding finished goods
6. Performing any other duties deemed suitable by the Production Manager


About You:

* This is a physically demanding role
* Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
* Ability to prioritize tasks in line with production targets and health & safety standards
* Excellent timekeeping, attendance, flexibility, and a positive attitude
