Deputy Nurse Manager - Supernumerary
£24 per hour, 40 hours per week

What We’re Looking For:
* RGN Registered General Nurse (Adult) or RMN Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
* Ability to understand and adhere to CQC standards
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to engage with service users and their families

Responsibilities:
* Engage with service users to understand their needs and provide exceptional care
* Carrying out supervisions
* Maintain a good working knowledge of CQC standards
* Build and maintain working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and the staffing team
* Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home
