Situated throughout Central London, East Sussex, Kent and the Cotswolds, they offer premium food, drink and a choice of boutique bedrooms. We're looking for a Roaming General Manager who likes to keep moving! Our Roaming Management Team move throughout our collection of pubs and inns, holding sites as General Manager, covering holiday, sickness and absence. This is a hands on, Operational Support Role. The Roaming Team assist our fixed General Managers in the day to day operation of the pub. This could include building rotas, managing the P&L, reporting, managing stock (from cash to liquor!), building sales and marketing plans, and of course leading & developing the team in service. Once a pub is held and secure, it's onto the next one. A hands-on approach is essential with this role. This role will involve staying away from home during your working week.
