About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and organised NPD Assistant to join our NPD team
This role would suit someone with experience in catering or hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy working with food, are highly organised, and want to be part of a team that brings new products to life, we would love to hear from you.
Main Purpose of the Role
To support the team in the development of Mediterranean inspired products, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of development activities by:
* Maintaining an organised and functional development kitchen.
* Managing ingredients and packaging stock.
* Sample preparation for internal and external presentations.
* Completing supporting documentation for samples. throughout the product development process.
* Ideal Candidate
* Experience in catering, hospitality, or a food-related environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
* Passion for food and product development.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Role split across 2 sites therefore Full driving licence and access to own car is required
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
