What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly: Use phones and emails to communicate with customers to communicate any issues or to celebrate some good news. Make sure every interaction reflects our high service standards - accurate, timely, and friendly. Book in deliveries and keep customers updated on any changes - keeping everything on track and stress-free. Build strong working relationships with your colleagues across the business - we work as One Team. Track and trace deliveries and keep customers up to date on any issues throughout the day. Use simple KPI excel spreadsheets to keep a log of all deliveries for selected customers for their viewing. What You'll Bring To The Team A natural flair for customer service - you genuinely enjoy helping people. Excellent communication skills - clear, professional and friendly. Strong attention to detail - you pride yourself on getting it right the first time. Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with a smile. Qualifications & Experience GCSEs in English and Maths. Previous experience in a customer service or account management role - desirable but certainly not essential. Experience within transport, warehousing or logistics is a bonus - but not essential. A genuine team player with the drive to learn and grow.
